Launching an English version of the Mathematical Bureau is an idea which has been at the back of my mind for years. However, it has taken both time to develop and courage to write in my second language, which I am far from perfect in. It has taken all of my patience and passion combined to make this idea a reality.

Today, I proudly start a new phase of my professional life. I would like to become a world-class power analyst. This requires me to step beyond the boundaries of the Wholesale Power Market of Russia and learn about the markets in other countries. I hope I will be able to contribute to other markets in the same way that I've contributed to the Russian one. I'm currently open to invitations to join any projects that you deem me to be suitable for after reading my blogs and articles. I will be happy to share my knowledge and experience with a new audience.

In these pages, I will provide descriptions of the solutions that I have developed for price and consumption forecast problems, combined heat and power plants optimisation, combined heat and power plant fuel rate calculation, new gas and steam turbine mathematical models, electricity price analysis problem and others.
